  18. Sometimes I get the following error message from MSKERMIT 3.14:
  19.   ?Unable to execute command interpreter C:\COMMAND.COM
  20. This I get in the middle of CONNECT mode and also when trying to execute
  21. DOS 5.0 commands from within Kermit itself. I removed my SHELL command
  22. from my CONFIG.SYS and this seemed to fix the problem, but I'm not yet
  23. sure. I have COMMAND.COM in my root directory and also a copy of it in
  24. C:\DOS because some other programs were complaining when I only had it
  25. in the root. What is the real cause of this error message?
